Loo Kai Teik joined NHP in 2015. Prior to NHP, Kai Teik sought the high-flying litigator’s life whereby he was exposed to general litigation matters, employment disputes, commercial insolvency, banking litigation and recovery work. 

Realising that his true passion was in Corporate Law, Kai Teik has since joined NHP’s Corporate & Banking and Real Estate Team. Kai Teik’s practice is now focussed largely on Corporate Banking and Real Estate matters whereby his clients are some of Malaysia’s leading banks.

Kai Teik is fluent in Mandarin. He is also speaks fluent Cantonese and Hakka.

Kai Teik is a gearhead. He spends most of his free time in a garage learning, breaking-down and reassembling car mechanisms. His interest in mechanics has also translated into his passion for timepieces. Despite all that, he always finds the time to accompany his father for a tee-off on a cloudless Sunday morning.
