Josephine Tiew was admitted as a Barrister-at-law (Inner Temple) and later as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2019. Her litigation practice focuses on civil, corporate and commercial disputes involving insolvency exercises, debt recovery actions, shareholder disputes, strata management matters and industrial relation issues. She also has an active portfolio of chancery, probate and administration matters in which she represents major trust corporations and individuals alike. She currently serves as a Committee Member of the Kuala Lumpur Young Lawyers Committee.
Classically trained, Josephine spends her time teaching dance or getting involved in the local performing arts scene. Occasionally, you would see her perform at the Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre or her name would be credited as a choreographer. On weekends, she enjoys the great outdoors but does not shy away from an excellent book while sipping a cup of tea.
